1. Who we are
FanficWizard (fanficwizard.com) is operated by Yuzhe ("we", "us"). You can reach us at support@fanficwizard.com.
2. Your account
You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for activity under your account and must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent where you live.
3. Credits and payments
The service runs on prepaid credits. Each generation consumes the number of credits shown on the site at the time of the request. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and do not expire while the service operates.
If a generation fails on our side, the credits for that request are returned to your balance automatically. Payments are handled by a third-party payment provider and are subject to its terms. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
4. Fan content and acceptable use
FanficWizard is a writing tool. Characters and worlds from existing works belong to their original creators; stories you generate are for personal, non-commercial fan creation, and you are responsible for what you publish. You may not use FanficWizard to create sexually explicit content, content involving minors in any romantic or sexual context, or any illegal content. We may block requests and suspend accounts that break these rules.
In particular, you may not use the service to create:
- sexually explicit or graphic sexual content;
- any romantic or sexual content involving a minor (anyone under 18), including characters who are minors in their source work;
- sexual content about real people, or content that harasses, threatens, defames or impersonates a real person;
- content that promotes violence against people or groups, or that is otherwise illegal where you live or where we operate.
5. Your stories — ownership and limits
As between you and us, you own the text you generate, to the extent the law allows, and you may edit, post and share it as non-commercial fan fiction. This gives you no rights in the characters, names or worlds of existing works, so do not sell or otherwise use for commercial purposes stories built on someone else's characters.
- No exclusivity: AI models can produce identical or similar text for other users. We do not guarantee that any result is original, unique or exclusive to you.
- No copyright guarantee: in many jurisdictions AI-generated material may not be protected by copyright, and we make no promise that you can register or enforce rights in it.
- Your responsibility: before you publish, check that the story follows the rules of the site you post on (including its rating and tagging rules) and respects the rights of the original creators.
6. Other rules
You also agree not to:
- use the service for anything illegal, deceptive, harassing or infringing;
- attempt to bypass content checks, rate limits, bot checks or billing, or automate access without our written permission;
- reverse engineer, overload or disrupt the service.
7. Reporting content
If you see content made with FanficWizard that breaks these rules, email report@fanficwizard.com with a link or description. We review every report.
8. Availability and changes
We may change, limit or discontinue features, including daily usage limits, at any time. If we shut the service down permanently, we will refund the unused portion of any credit pack bought in the previous 12 months.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service and all generated results are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing support@fanficwizard.com.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
