Automatic credit refunds
If a generation fails because of an error on our side or at our AI provider, the credits for that request are returned to your balance immediately. You do not need to contact us.
Money-back refunds
You can request a full refund of a credit pack within 14 days of purchase if none of its credits have been used. For a partly used pack, we refund the unused share on request within the same 14 days.
To request a refund, email support@fanficwizard.com from the address you signed in with and include the purchase date. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
Not refundable
- Credits used for successful generations, including results you did not like.
- Purchases older than 14 days, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
- Accounts closed for breaking our Terms of Service.
